- Welcome to the Cal Lodge. We are a 10,000 sq ft Lodge owned by the Students of the University of California. We work as a large Lodge able to accommodate groups of 30 to 50+ guests and as a hostel hosting international guests and travellers. We are ideally located in North Lake Tahoe on Donner Summit at 7,000 feet. Accessible by private car, train, and bus.
