Description:
- This unique eatery is named for Garfield Wood, who made a name for himself in the boating industry during the 1920s-1940s. The mahogany interior is reminiscent of Lake Tahoe's wooden boat era and huge windows offer a marvelous view of the pier and watercraft. During the summer, live music is featured at the piano bar Thursday to Saturday. The Wild Mushroom Risotto is a popular pick, and the Grilled Ribeye or Filet Mignon will satisfy beef-lovers. The marvelous Sunday Champagne Brunch is a real taste treat. A superior wine list in the moderate price range is offered.
