- This building was built in 1992 by the goverment at that time. It is a place where people go to play sports such as soccer or basketball. It is also the place where tournaments for soccer are organized. it is located about 500 meters from the local church of Tobati. Parties are also held at this place. you should come have a look at it. This is one of the icons of Tobati, you can also practice horse back riding at this place
