Getting There -- Daily buses connect with Hezuo (173km/107 miles; 3 hr.; ¥28/$3.65/£1.80) at 6.30, 7:30am and noon. To the south, a bus connects with Ruo'ergai (91km/56 miles; 2 hr.; ¥20/$2.60/£1.30) at 7am. Plans for a daily Songpan bus have yet to materialize; a minibus to Songpan may be arranged through the Overseas Tibetan Hotel(¥800/$104/£52 for a 6-seat bus).
