Description:
A meatless menu in Wyoming might sound like something of an oxymoron, but this funky cafe by the rail yard will satisfy most any patron, carnivorous or not. The three-bean chili is terrific, and makes us long for another trip to Laramie, but the menu also includes salads, eggplant subs and hummus sandwiches, lentil loaf, mushroom fajitas, and several pasta dishes. The establishment does not serve liquor, but has a nice selection of beers, wines, and teas.
