- Roy Yamaguchi's labor has paid off in the form of wonderful restaurants in America, Japan and Guam. The fusion food is savory and relatively light on the wallet. Yellow Fin Ahi Poketini, Slow Braised and Charbroiled Short Ribs and Hibachi Style Grilled Salmon are innovative and delicious. And don't forget the signature dessert, Roy's Melting Hot Chocolate Soufflé, that concludes the meal in style. Reservations are preferred.
