• Located off the beaten track and hidden in a business complex in the northwest, Tea Time Café specializes in flavored teas and smoothies with boba. For those who haven't yet joined the revoluerbobalution, boba are soft, chewy balls made from the starch of the cassava root and are apparently all the rage. It is also commonly called bubble tea and Tea Time Café has it, to the delight of all those residing in suburbia and tired of making the trek to China Town for this boba-laced treat. The café also has a selection of snacks, including gyoza, spring rolls and calamari rings. For those needing more than just a snack, they offer a small menu of meals, including ramen. -Amy Tjaden
