• V Bar, at the Venetian, is an intimate venue but maintains its popularity and sense of high style, perhaps since it was created by the team behind New York's Lotus and L.A.'s Sunset Room. Established DJs create a relaxing, subdued mood most nights, but things get hipper and busy on Wednesdays for the weekly Midnight Snack Event. This event is one of the best but lesser-known nightlife events on The Strip. On these nights, tasty hors d'oeuvres, fashion, art exhibits and house music come together to spice things up.
