- The Desert Paradise Resort is consistently rated as one of the finest hotels in Las Vegas. Located off the beaten path, it is still only a short drive from the Fremont Experience and the city's legendary Strip. Guests rave about their huge, comfortably furnished and immaculately clean rooms. They also praise amenities such as flat panel televisions with DVD players, private balconies and fully stocked kitchens. Though the hotel does not have a restaurant, guests report that there are numerous superb dining options within a short drive. Those visiting Las Vegas on business appreciate having large work desks in their rooms as well as high-speed wireless Internet access. Some guests complain, though, that the hotel charges an additional for the service.
