- Andiamo means "let's go" in Italian, and indeed, this intimate restaurant at the Las Vegas Hilton is not to be missed! Open since 1987, it is, in the words of Chef Ray Sansota, a "hidden treasure." The food is California-style Italian; fresh ingredients and sauces are high in taste and low in fat. Try the Angel Hair Pasta with Chopped Fresh Tomato Sauce or the Sage-Breaded Veal Chop. The restaurant offers different prix-fixe meals weekly, which include appetizer, soup, salad, choice of entree and dessert. A full bar is available.

Well the only thing that was actually worth hearing was t he ham and sausage ..everything else was very bad ..should have known we went for lunch and hardly no one was there..she dessert...

Grabbed breakfast here day two of trip. Omlet station is good and variety of foods is quite good. Food is ok.
