First off the 23rd floor view is great. Service from start thru the end awesome and the meal OMG. Ribeye is what we had and one of the best I have had. Highly recommended.

We went to Binions for dinner on 5/19/12. The staff was great right when we walked off the elevator. The view up there is excellent! We could see the downtown action down below...
