• The Cafe Blue Restaurant is where students of Le Courdon Bleu College of Culinary Arts get to perfect their craft. The establishment is also completely student run. Guests who arrive early can get kitchen-side seating and watch the students at work. The school focuses on American, French and Italian cuisine. Because the students take turns at all stations, you will often be seated by the chefs themselves, which means the service is reliable and top-notch. The food is also very reasonably priced considering the high quality. Unfortunately, it's only open select hours and reservations are highly recommended.
