Since the first Fatburger was built in 1952, the hamburger stand has been specializing in grilled or charbroiled quarter-pounders with chopped onions, real cheese and sweet relish. Though some things have changed--like offering a turkey burger for the cow-conscious--the '50s atmosphere complete with a jazz and soul music-spinning jukebox has remained the same. Adventurous diners can add everything from an egg to chili or ranch dressing to their burgers.
