Founded in 1952 by Lovie Yancy, this is a fast-food joint all the way: Order at the counter and employees bark your request to the fry cooks. Besides a grilled chicken sandwich and a chili dog, it's all burgers. Wrapped in paper, served on plastic trays and dripping with toppings--mustard, mayo, relish, tomatoes, lettuce and onion--these burgers are definitely fat.
