Known for his originality and innovative style, Jean Georges has given the traditional American steakhouse his own twist. Seasonal ingredients play an important part on the menu, which changes as ingredients change. Diners will find the standard beef cuts here, such as filet mignon, NY strip, rib eye, and porterhouse, but they can also enjoy a tasting menu that includes caviar, bacon wrapped shrimp, Chilean sea bass, grilled Wagyu filet mignon, and cranberry bar organge granita and carrot meringue. Reservations are strongly suggested.
