John Mull's Meats

• Mull's Meats is mostly a butcher shop, but its catering side, the Road Kill Grill, serves some of the best barbecue in Las Vegas. You can't just walk in Mull's Meats and order up a plate—you have to make arrangements for catering. Every great once in awhile, you may find their mobile Road Kill Grill at a Las Vegas event—and if you do, make sure to try some of their food. After you've eaten Mull's barbecue, you'll probably try to think of reasons to have a party just so you can ask them to supply the food.
  
  Their catering menu includes items like brisket, hot links, pulled pork, mild and hot sauces, macaroni and cheese, beans, and potato salad, although the menu will vary according to what they have in stock. For groups under 100, you have to pick up your order—bring a truck and friend, because they give you everything you need, including drinks—and for groups over 100, they will come to you.
  
  Mull's Meats is located in the heart of a residential section in the northwest portion of the Las Vegas Valley.
