• Since this eatery specializes in prime rib, come with a hearty appetite. There are four different cuts of prime rib available. The California cut is for smaller appetites and the English cut is three thin slices of beef. The Lawry Cut is the traditional and most-popular selection. If you crave a large meal, go for the Diamond Jim Brady. All prime rib dinners are served with salad, mashed potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, fresh whipped cream horseradish and choice of vegetable. There is full cocktail service and a very fine wine selection.
