The food is the creation of Executive Chef Jean Paul Labadie, a former Executive Chef of celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse and his Sous Chef Christian Bunag, also a disciple of Emeril Lagasse. The wine list is among the best in Las Vegas, with over 950 labels to select from. Perenaily proclaimed as one of the best restaurant wine values in the United States, all wine is selected from our retail wine store at retail prices plus $10. All day on Mondays, the $10 restaurant fee is waived and an additional 10% discount is provided for all bottled wine consumed at the table. Enjoy Happy Hour Fridays with a special $9 menu from 5pm to 7pm.
