- When first hearing the words "steak" and "house" many people might think of either the dimly lit, elegantly decorated steak houses of New York City (and mobster movies) or the cowhide draped mock-saloons of Texan mythology. What makes Pampas different from the aforementioned is the method by which the meats are prepared, on spits as opposed to grills or ovens. To compliment the meat and vegetable skewers they also have a large selection of side dishes like black bean stew, braised kale with garlic, and olive and cheese plates. If you prefer your meal with a drink or two the bar makes cocktails with unique mixers like passion fruit or pomegranate juice, and has a respectable beer and wine selection.
