Chef Charlie Trotter is excited to make an entry into the Las Vegas market with a new multi-tiered concept, Restaurant Charlie! The restaurant will be largely seafood focused while still honoring the hallmarks of Chef Trotter's cuisine combining seafood, meat and vegetable dishes. The menu will be offered in an a la carte format however the option to enjoy a tasting menu will be available.
