The cuisine (referred to as the Hawaiian Fusion) is a delightful combination of aromatic flavors and spices along with fresher-than-fresh ingredients. The menu generally boasts of sinful seafood. Private dining menus like the Orchid Menu, Plumeria Menu and the Hibicus Menu are best suited for business meetings and family gatherings. Among the specialties, one may sample the Wood Grilled Szechuan Spiced Baby Back Pork Ribs, or the Hibachi Style Grilled Salmon.
