- If you want spicy, this Southwestern selection is for you. The ambience is definitely relaxing, set in earth tones with wood carvings like the Kokapelli and Southwest styling. This menu is original, starting with appetizers such as Queso Fundido Tortillas that you dip in cheese to the Southwestern tasting platter, which includes a Pork Gordita, Chicken Enchilada and a Duck Quesadilla. There is an adequate wine list, but the sparkler here is the margarita. This restaurant is located at the MGM Grand.
