• The back country was meant to be explored on ATVs, and you can do just that on an exciting 1.5 hour guided, narrated tour. Experience the least visited and seldom seen beauty of the Kaibab National Forest just outside Grand Canyon National Park. You can ride the trails of the forest while learning all about the unique flora and fauna of the region and enjoying the natural setting of the cool pine and juniper woodlands around you. You'll operate your own ATV, equipped with a state of the art sound system as your guide fills you in on the history, environment, and wildlife of the area, providing a unique perspective on the ecology of the region. You'll have a chance to spot some of the abundant wildlife living there, such as Mule Deer, Elk, Turkey, and Javelins. The ATVs are easy to ride–all machines have automatic transmissions, and you can choose two-seater for those who prefer to ride as a passenger. No experience is necessary–must be 14 years or older to operate an ATV, minimum 5 years of age to ride as a passenger.
