- SilverStone Golf Club provides golfers with 27 fantastic holes at a facility that is unique to the Las Vegas valley. This links-style course is home to the annual Celebrity Classic, which features such "golfers" as Ray Romano, Charles Barkley, and former Celtics great Bill Russell. The course is designed in a manner reminiscent of the true, links-style layouts that are famous in Western Europe. While the course design is relatively flat, Cupp takes advantage of the landscape by creating holes that require very good shot-making, accuracy, and length. We believe that SilverStone offers players a reprieve from the "new" style of desert golf that has made popular elevation changes, ravines in the middle of fairways, and other features that many players consider "gimmicky." This golf course is traditional in that it combines long, wide fairways with small, fast greens- creating a relatively difficult track that is popular with players.
