L'Age d'Or

• L'Age d'Or is located on the top floor of a not so beautiful metropolitan building in central Lausanne. Having said that though, the room itself is very large, spacious, full of light and the atmosphere is very elegant. But it is the food that makes this restaurant particularly distinctive. The chef, Christophe Cherpit has concentrated on the scents, aromas or flavors of his dishes. The vegetarian dish for example is a mix of subtle colors and flavors with particular attention to freshness. The quality of his produce is always impeccable, even if the neo-oriental flavors are not to your liking. The wine list is excellent; service is mindless but pleasant.
