  • Description:

    • Part of Thanksgiving Point located about 25 miles south of Salt Lake in Lehi, the Museum of Ancient Life has the largest display of mounted dinosaurs in the world. In addition to the magnificent displays of these ancient creatures, the museum also has 50 interactive displays and educational exhibits that will keep your child engaged for hours. These exhibits include: fossil rubbings, Design a Dino, and the Erosion Table where the combination of sand and water allow children to see the effects of erosion as they make dams, floods and bury then rediscovery little dinosaurs. The Museum of Ancient life is also home to the Xango Mammoth 3-D Screen Theatre, which features various 3-D documentaries on a nearly 6 story high screen.
