- www.anticapizzeria.com.pe It is probably one of the best pizzerias in Lima, or in Perú, as the best food nationwide is always in Lima, the gastronomic and political capital of the country. Now with the discovery of the oldest city in the Americas just north of Lima, it is also the oldest cultural and archaeological site, the Incas being only the last layer of many different cultures. Lima was the place were pyramids were built four thousand years before Machu Picchu !
