    • If you like food, you have to try one of the most popular dishes in Perú "Anticuchos" -Beef hearts. Personally the best anticuchos of Lima can be found in the corner of streets Enrique Palacios and 27 de Noviembre in Miraflores. Here, "La Tia Grima" runs her business on a street cart. At what time to go? 8:00pm is a good time, if you go later the anticuchos will probably already run out. These tasty beef hearts are served with boiled potato and a delicious red chili sauce.
