- La Molina is considered the "Green District" in Lima, and has some surprises to offer to the tourists, like El Sotano, a family-run restaurant where one of the most talented young chefs in Lima displays his surprising and tasty creations. His contribution to the many varieties of Peruvian cebiche is the cebiche cremoso: the traditional cebiche but with a creamy texture, served with fried shrimp, squid, tender corn and sweet potato.
