• The make the best roasted chicken in Peru, it isn't actually roasted, it's made by a fire pit so the chicken cooks perfectly, preserving its tenderness and it has that delicious charbroiled taste, ummmm it's unbelievable... it's called pollo al fogón and like i said it's pretty darn delicious for sure. They also have lomo saltado (sliced beef, stir fried with onion, tomato, soy sauce, vinegar, chili (aji) and served or mixed with french fried potatoes, and accompanied with rice), different kinds and cuts of grilled meat, salads, and other delicious dishes from my country.
