    • Hikari restaurant is one of the traditional restaurants in Lima. Hikari restaurant does a fusion of the best plates of peruvian cousine. Hikari have many places in Lima so the best one is in San Miguel (20 mins from the Airport). I went there becasue they have the best Lomo Saltado ( sautéed beef) in all Lima. They also serve Pollo a la Brasa (roast Chicken) and a mix of Spaggetti al pesto ( green sauce) with meat inside. If you want to have some traditional peruvian food I recomend this place. Is not expensive. If you go to Hikari restaurant in San Miguel don t forget visit Pueblo Libre and Queirolo Old Bar.
