• NileGuide Expert tip:

Try also their unique drink "Chapuy Chombas".

    Description:

    • Kamcha, a quechua word referring to the toasted corn traditionally eaten as a snack in Peru, is the name of this new thematic restaurant, which focuses in highlighting the typical and traditional Peruvian regional flavors and cultures, and this shows not only in the dishes but in the whole place. The menu includes specialties from many different Peruvian regions, and the place is decorated with the lively, bright colors that are so typical in the Peruvian handicraft. Each day of the week the menu features a "dish of the day", and there are pasta-based and chicken-based dishes specially intended for young children. The selection of drinks and desserts is also large and very good. As for our suggestions, we could mention the "arroz con pato" (a kind of risotto with duck) and the "cabrito a la norteƱa" (suckling goat at the north coast style). And of course don't forget to enjoy a pisco-sour.
