    • Las Canastas is a quite young "pollo a la brasa" (Peruvian Roasted Chicken) chain, but has built a good reputation and also is known for serving what are considered the best fries to go with the chicken. The place in La Molina is located in a centric avenue but it is a quiet neighborhood. Try the papa amarilla fries!
