• Description:

    • Here you can find from traditional Japanese food to Japanese-Peruvian fusion, also known as "nikkei". They serve some of the best makis in the city, called Banana Maki, with smoked trout, crawfish, cream cheese and fried banana, served with maracuya sauce. Other excellent specialties are the Sakana-no-Ankake, the Puente Makoto (for two people) and the Makoto Boat (for four people) and of course plenty of sushi rolls. You will also find two excellent, large and recommendable teishoku (a set of several different dishes), the Ninja Teishoku and the Makoto Teishoku. For lunch time you may want to try the Makoto Lunch, for only S/. 40 (some US $15), and there is a menu for children for S/.20 (US 7.50). The desserts are not specially memorable, though. Service is good and the ambiance in general is superb. There is another restaurant at Jockey Plaza Shopping Center, which is a little less formal.
