And it is the name of this restaurant, that reflects 100% the style and ideas of chef Jaime Pesaque, its owner, whose gastronomical offer is probably the most innovative in the city, based on respecting the products and using imagination to the top. Pesaque likes to say "Mayta it's me" and that his is an "evolutive cuisine", because he is constantly creating new dishes and renewing his menus. Some of the most requested specialties at the moment are the rice-based ones, of which you will find many options to choose from (including exotic rice varieties from other countries) as well as the meats prepared with long cooking times. However, Mayta also offers ceviches and creative delicacies such as the tuna tataki with avocado carpaccio and the  ravioli stuffed with duck confit.
