- The best italian food, traditional, not those nouvelle cuisine experiments, try the risotto ai fungi porcini, one of my favourite receipes since childhood, when not many knew about gastronomy in the now gastronomic-prone country. San Ceferino was there then, when being a cheff whas not so popular yet. This is one of the first places in PerĂº where you could eat well, and it is still there.
