Description:
- This town dates back to the Colla period, with a name that stems from the word Chaglly, which means "where many trees are sprouting up." It was turned into a district of Lima April 24, 1940. This is small city and a good resting place in winter, because it has great weather all year round. It has old, but very appealing, large townhouses and restaurants, which are popular among the tourists, and you can also depart from here when you go to the towns and countryside in the Central Sierra.
