Parque Zoológico de Huachipa

• Parque recreacional Zoológico de Huachipa is the ideal place for families. Both kids and adults can have a nice time enjoying animals and games. A jungle area has been recreated inside the Zoo so everybody can know how the peruvian jungle is. many kind of typical birds from the amzonian can fly free inside the area. there is also a beautiful waterfall where you can walk under it. Small rivers that show all kind of fishes, too. Huachipa is not also a great place just because of the Zoo, but also because of the kind weather. During the year you can have the most pleasent sun in the country. In hte area close to the zoo you can find the most various food, and try a delicious cuy (kind of a peruvian rabbit), arroz con pato (duck with rice) or pachamanca, a typical food made of al kind of meats cooked under the ground and covered with stones and leaves and seasoned with some kind of herbs. Soo goood!!! I would recommend all of you who read this to visit Huachipa and his Zoo at any season. You won't be disapointed.
