• Located in the southern district of Punta Hermosa, 40km to the South, it is one of the favorites among local and international surfers, due to its tubular waves that can reach 3m, that make it ideal for beginners and experienced people as well. The climate is not very different than Lima's, and the average temperatures range between 14°C and 28°C. Although some people choose to live here all year round, you will surely prefer to visit it in summer, when all the businesses are open and with special offers. For finding more shops, ammenities and services, go to Punta Hermosa center, located only 3 minutes away from the beach. It is not difficult to get here using public buses, but we would suggest you to go driving a 4WD vehicle, so you can explore the surrounding areas. However, don't schedule your arrival for a weekend since traffic jams may be heavy.
