We have many options.
If you want to try pisco in a traditional way you can go to Queirolo en Pueblo Libre. Which is a traditional bar, quite cosy but closed at midnight.
If you want to try pisco in a dif way more modern and meet ppl, can go to Huaringas in Barranco.
If you want to meet new acquaintance i recommend you go to miraflores or barranco.
In miraflores you will have several places like irish bar and other in the same block.
How ever you can go to barranco for a bohemian experience. There you will have el Sargento Pimienta and the dragon as an example.

If you are looking for some national drinks made up with our national Drink Pisco, you should try Pisco Bar located in the intersection of Cantuarias st and Pasaje tello st - Miraflores.
For more a traditional bar try the well known bar Queirolo located in Publo Libre a few blocks from the History museum or just a few blocks from there the Bolivariano.
Want to dance a and have some drinks try "Tayta" in 3d st of Larco Av.
