• Every city has its über cool nightspot and Lisbon's is this ultra exclusive eyrie perched on the upper two floors of Espaço Chiado. A private panoramic lift elevates guests to the 6th floor and an entirely different level of style and sophistication. A smouldering palette of fuchsia and ebony tempered by plush, coffee cream furniture illuminates Silk's achingly seductive interior. This is crystal flute and champagne territory and the byword is elegance. Lounge music aficionados will appreciate the carefully selected soundtrack but the loudest applause is reserved for the edifying views from the candle-lit deck. This level of excellence has its price, and Silk is not for the financially nervous. Furthermore, access is primarily facilitated through reservations activated either through the club's website or by direct invitation.
