  • Good food in one thing. But good times are even better. Put the two together, and you've got an unbeatable equation. In Lisbon, it's almost impossible to have one without the other. Wherever you go, you'll be accompanied by lots of laughter. One of our favorite casual restaurants is Casa Jervis, which is easily distinguished because of the grapevine on the gate. The menu varies with the seasons, and it serves traditional, family recipes from Portugal. For fresh fish and shellfish, cooked plain or flavored visit Mar do Guincho. The place also serves desserts and national wines. If possible, order a table close to the window and enjoy the sea view. For a fun-filled evening, Chapito is bustling with activities. Enjoy Portuguese cuisine or contemporary dishes while enjoying a beautiful view of the Tagus River. Another favorite is Café Luso. This welcoming spot combines traditional cuisine of Portugal with entertaining Fado music and folklore performances. Eat your heart out while laughing the night away. Lisbon's tourist-friendly restaurants are really a treat.
