- Opened in 2004, Luca gathered rave reviews and has managed to live up to those standards. With its white interior, wooden trimmings and portraits of the Portuguese hanging from the walls, Luca manages to blend in culturally. The cuisine is true Italian, the variety and quality of their pasta and risotto preparation exceptional. A special mention must be given to the seafood preparations here, as also the fresh breads. There's also a Tapas bar, in case you're in the mood. A meal here may just transport you to Italy and back. If you do meet the owner, Luca let him know what you thought of the place.
