NileGuide Expert tip:

Arrive early during at weekends to make sure of a table.

Description:

This modest Chinese eatery commands an enviable position on Rua de Belém, a short walk from some of Lisbon's most revered visitor attractions, including the fabulous Mosteiro dos Jerónimos and the Museu dos Coches. Complementing a selection of wonderful soups and starters such as fresh spring roll and crunchy prawn cracker are traditional dishes like stir-fried chicken with ginger, and flame-grilled prawns with pineapple. A popular standby is the beef chop suey, the portions of which are very generous. The noodle dishes are also filling. But for a real treat, be adventurous and order one of the house specials, Asian creations like triple seaweed delight on hot plate – inspiring and super healthy! There are discount menus available at lunchtime and larger groups are welcome. Its location near some well known tourist spots means this small restaurant can fill up quickly so it's best to arrive early, especially at weekends. © NileGuide2011
