Depending on what is considered exotic....The Docas region of Lisbon has a rich nightlife, with bars and dancing. The Bairro Alto neighbourhood has bars, a bit more on typical portuguese. For really exotic, more than a night club, that would be Elefante Branco, well known for it's clientelle.
