My wife and I are visiting northern spain 19 - 30 August and will be in Burgos 26-27 & Logrono 28-29. Looking for winery tours etc.

Will be in Santillana del Mar 20 - 22. Oviedo 22 -23. Leon 24 -25. Burgos 26 - 27 Logrono 28 - 29. If anyone has any suggestions of places of interest to visit and good traditional food/tapas. My wife is spanish by origin therefore has the language so we like to avoid the tourist traps and finf authentic spanish food.
