Description:
This is one of the hippest nighttime venues in London, with the action taking place in a no-frills basement in increasingly fashionable Notting Hill Gate. One habitué called it "the coolest night club on earth." To justify the name of the club, art exhibitions are sometimes staged here. Most of the clients are younger than 35, and they come from a wide range of backgrounds -- from Madonna to Ziggy Marley wannabes. The music is eclectic, varying from night to night -- jazz, salsa, hip-hop, indie, and so on. Open Monday to Friday from 6pm to 2am, Saturday 4pm to 2am, and Sunday 4pm to 1am. Bands perform Monday to Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday.
