Two adjoining Victorian townhouses make up one of London's most well known boutique hotels, The Portobello. Eclectically decorated with vintage fabrics and antiques, the little hotel is frequented by celebrities.
Probably the most affordable yet pleasant lodging can be found at Portobello Gold Bed and Breakfast. Situated above a pub on Portobello Road, you can't get a more trendy location. The rooms are tiny yet include free internet access. There an apartment with a kitchen which sleeps six.
Made up of only four rooms, Main House is an experience stay. Caroline Main, the hotel's proprietor is known for her friendly, accommodating service and is full of recommendations. The Victorian home is decorated with Caroline's Portobello Market finds. Bicycles are available to hire on site. A minimum two night stay is required.
