The great thing about the food is that you can pick something as simple as saag aloo (spinach with potatoes) and it explodes with flavors. But of course, the stars of the menu are the tandoor dishes, such as tandoori king prawns and chicken tikka. If you'd prefer something with a little gravy, opt for the chicken makhani (butter chicken) or the kashmiri rogan josh. And if you're a first timer, try the tandoori mixed grilled - it will head you in the right direction.
