The cuisine sweeps through Goa, North India and Kashmir, with tandoori dishes a speciality - make sure to check out the weekly specials menu first, though, for some more imaginative creations. Particularly recommended is the beef xacutti which, with over 20 ingredients, is one of the most complex curries to make.
